It’s very old, unfinished and jank as fuck. The ai was never very good and could be steamrolled easily with the right tech tree. But those first few turns while exploring and setting up colonies without knowing exactly which tech your nearest rivals would have or if they were planning an invasion was always very fun. Then it would turn into a tedious logistics game of trying to move your fleets or decommission ships that took you the majority of the game to build.

Also, Space Rangers 2.

It’s like an amalgum arcady space shooter but somehow turnbased and space RPG text adventure. It was always very buggy with a UI that is ugly as hell.

This is the exact scenario I dreamed of one time. Was like GTA except all downhill in snowy city streets.

Heading to work one morning in the car after a heavy snowfall. I started at 9 so it was a bright sunny morning. Before hitting the main road I see a woman in the distance on the side of the road wearing a long blue dress. As I get closer I see her not even wearing a jacket, holding her dress up awkwardly out of the snow and taking huge steps through the foot deep snow. It was Emilia Clark (or someone who looked exactly like her) in her full ass Daenerys blue dress trudging through snow running for a bus stop and laughing her ass off at people like me gawking at her.

It was probably a year or two before they filmed the last season and I’m certain they didn’t film it here (they do film a lot of other series here though), so I’m assuming they were doing photoshoots nearby and she had car trouble due to the snow.

Saw a fishercat in an industrial area not far from a large swath of floodplain and high voltage transmission lines. So there was a lot of territory for it nearby. Looks like a tall badger. Apparently pretty rare. Was walking around 18 wheeler trucks in motion like it owned the place, peeking around the dumpsters most likely looking for the young raccoons that hang around.

I guess nobody can tell how big they are from photos. There’s never someone standing next to them for comparison.

Sure, they ‘know’ the context of a conversation but only by which words are most likely to come next in order to complete the conversation. That’s all they’re trained to do. Fancy vocabulary and always choosing the ‘best’ word makes them really good at appearing intelligent. Exactly like a Sales Rep who’s never used a product but knows all the buzzwords.

Going to go against the grain a bit here. Exercise and the other stuff mentioned here had the effect of making it stronger. However, everything changed when I dealt with my anxiety. You know how lowered sex drive is a “side effect” of many medications? It’s because the two are linked. Though I’m not advocating for medical treatment per se. Just keep in mind that there could be other factors going on.
