TBH the digg -> reddit migration was a lot smoother. Reddit was an already well established platform

Even if the Fediverse catches on and that Reddit goes down the way of Digg, Reddit will still remain a goldmine of information for years.

Lemmy, Mastodon and Kbin are the future of social media.

Considering it might not go out for at least 7-8 years, if not 10, I’m not suprised.
