I had to rma mine for a battery issue. I swapped my 1tb drive out for the standard one and I had no issues. It also mad it easier when I got my new one. I was even short a screw and I never heard anything.

id statt with books like this it might be a bit much at first but push through and youll get it. it doesnt have to be that book theres plenty of great ones out there on the topic. and your local library will probably have more and maybe better recommendations than we can give.

Sprint. My mom and I moved across country. Before we left we signed a new contract. This was in 2005 when they had some sort of guarantee on service.
