Uv glasses aren’t really needed as uv is only really exposed when printing at whibh point the resin and build plate will cover the uv source plus the printer cover should be uv filtering.

Painting resin minis is the same as painting any other I’ve found other than they can be more brittle so you’ve got to be a little more gentle but it’s not a big issue.

If those are important to you yes but the old desktop route generally means you’ll get access to more powerful chips plus the ability to add more storage and memory.

At a functional level I can’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work. Though my preffered method for that has always been old desktops over phones as it gives a lot more flexibility overall.

Generally speaking I find USB hubs with ports on them work pretty well with android as they’re just relying on the Linux kernel drivers for the USB support.

If the data is sensitive just give them a cheap whatever machine and have them connect to a vdi. That way the data never leaves your estate and means you don’t have to worry as much about the device being lost/stolen. If this isn’t an option I’d strongly recommend looking into an MDM solution for your devices.

There’s a CSP for disabling it on windows enterprise devices at least. Not sure if there’s a way for pro and home machines.

They’re a huge fan of doom mods and level packs.

Just wear earplugs at gigs mate. You can get fancy ones that only filter out the painful high frequencies.

For me the apps just ain’t worth it so I got rid of them. There’s a whole sense of commodification abiut that that’s just awful and I find I’m happier without them.

As an owner of a 13 I really like it. I only use it mostly as a YouTube and email machine while most ofy heavy duty work is on a desktop but it does well enough running popos. They are a bit pricey to buy new thiugh so either get one of the older one used or go the used think pad route for a similarly repairable experience.

Agreed on the cardio thing. I run pretty regularly but a knee injury has put stop to that for the last month or so and I’ve just been miserable and bad tempered. Last time I felt like this was when I quit smoking.
