No mtx, dedicated servers, easy modding and actually a good product. Yeah, that tracks. These things are almost essential to have a lasting game. It’s the reason games like cs1.6 still go strong. Even for less popular games like jedi knight 2 and jedi academy. They would almost be forgotten if it didn’t check all 4 boxes.

If a server has a bot set up on lemmy federate, the server is automatically loading posts for the community. Especially handy for smaller instances where none of the users on there have noticed the post, or have subscribed.
Since lemmy is still relatively small, a lot of people don’t subscribe, and instead use the all feed, and maybe even block communities that don’t interest them.

Hence, in the same vain. They come from mastodon themselves.
Simply said: It’s an open-source version of Reddit, in the same vain that mastodon is an open-source version of Twitter.
How does reddit not have a 100% top provider user Stat, while it’s the only site you can create a reddit account?

Thanks though!
DosDude@retrolemmy.comto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Is mastodon ,or the fediverse in general, growing?18·3 months agoI have noticed a lot of new users. My small instance went from a little over 50 to 150 since the start of this year. Being added to join-lemmy probably helped with that. Circumstantial evidence, I know. But worth noting.
Who cares. They are killing anything in their sight. Fuck them.
The instigator is different. Not trying to condone Israel, but the initial reason for invading is different.
Fuck both Russia and Israel.

What is it with paid items/subscriptions and ads? I already paid. Fuck off. If I see paid stuff with ads I go out of my way to not use it.

in postgres. The pgautoupgrade was added for the new version because this deployment is an all-in-one solution for running lemmy. And upgrading the databases turned out to be quite the effort until some user pointed the maintainer towards pgautoupgrade here.
I tried running lemmy before I found out about this, but this just makes it so much more convenient to run.

Edit: It looks like this did the trick. I’ll keep monitoring to see if it sticks. Thanks again!
You’re dead. Honestly, if your family finds your porn stash, it’s not the worst thing. In the history of humans men always found a way to hide porn somewhere.
Your “private stash” is also a part of your story. Let them see all.
Not me obviously. I don’t look at porn.
