Gen-X is a much smaller group than either Boomers or Millennials. It is treated differently mostly because of this. I don’t think we’re going to start treating Gen-X as the bully, because it just doesn’t have the numbers to be an effective bully
I’ll still prefer trees
God, yes. Trees provide shade, transpirative cooling, homes for animals (birds, mammals, insects), and a particular natural beauty that tanks of algae do not.

The top blanket currently on my bed was made by my grandmother in the '70s. The clock right in front of me was made during WW2, but I’ve only had it for a couple of decades. I guess I just don’t throw shit away
Edit: now that I think of it, my bed is probably from the '30s or '40s.
