This is cute. But the real question: Do people actually use those joycons attachments??

Shit this comment made me so thirsty good lord I need some water
👉 nice
I’ll ride my bike around, ideally picking up some food and eating it somewhere public where I can people watch. Then the rest of the day I’ll play around with my guitar and/or some video games if I’m playing anything at the moment. (Still working on TotK right now)
Wheres the review should the rest of us look it up
Lol I can’t wait to reunite the Xbox live gang to get demolished at CoD again when (if?) my generation hits retirement age
After Zelda dropped I had pretty low expectations for this direct but there was a lot of stuff in there!! The one that actually captured my attention the most was Penny’s Big Breakaway. All that movement stuff just looks so smooth and fun.
Also stoked for all the Mario love, the art style they’re going for with Mario Wonder is so expressive, kinda reminds me of the Mario and Luigi games
It feels like we’re getting toward the end of the switch life cycle, but sales are still strong and Nintendo probably would love to hold onto this install base they have. Wonder if we get some acknowledgement of that life cycle or potentially a new console soon.
LET’S GOOOOOO
I used bacon reader for a couple years before switching to relay and staying there for like 10 years or something like that. Tried others here and there but always quickly went back to relay for one reason or another. I’ll be sad to see it go
I’m admittedly not familiar with how the program works but I suspect that “totally bulletproof and unbiased eligibility criteria that can’t / won’t be weaponized against specific people groups” isn’t something that it guarantees
wrong thread but still based. bike + transit gang
Yeah it’s the other way around. Twitter straight up neutered api access for 3rd party apps late last year. It’s a race to the bottom here.
As someone with not a ton of exposure to this topic, it’s heartbreaking to hear about the environment that these people grow up in, and how life they are robbed of by an institution of fear and control. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be to break free of the cycle when everything and everyone you’ve ever known is working against you do hard. I’m glad that their children are thriving in school and showing them that all that effort and grief was for a reason.
Well said. Honestly while I’m sure many, especially those that have made it here, would have paid an ongoing subscription for a perpetually unshittified Reddit / other social media, the VAST majority of users are going to flock to a free version. We didn’t get where we are by accident.
Not lurking is such a hard habit to break. Especially with the way Reddit sorts comments, I’m so used to clicking into a thread to find some insightful discussion or hilarious joke that had already been made. But I’m trying my best, even by writing this comment!
I always feel the same way, but hey, even hearing you say that helps me feel seen and I’d say that’s pretty worthwhile for an Internet comment, isn’t it?
Having just watched it last night, I had the same gripe as you did regarding the titan changes coming undone, but now I think it kinda works well with the shift in tone we get when it’s revealed that despite the events that took place, the cycle is doomed to continue.
There’s a real sense of optimism after the fight that I think is actually pretty important to one of AoT’s messages about how even if we’re trapped in these awful cycles, there are moments within those cycles where things can be good and worth living for.
