klemptor@startrek.websiteto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•How do you lose alot of fat quickly with no exercise?31·22 days agoIs this a serious question?
Look if you don’t care about your health, you can crash diet, sure, but you’ll lose water weight first, and then will lose muscle alongside the fat, especially if you don’t exercise. You will also feel miserable and will make others feel miserable being around you. And you’ll most likely pack it back on when you quit the diet.

I don’t generally drink soda but when i do, birch beer is my favorite; second favorites are Dr. Pepper, cream soda, and cranberry ginger ale.

I don’t personally want any eye contact, so I don’t know how much eye contact is the right amount, and I end up making brief eye contact because I know I should, then looking away because it’s uncomfortable and I don’t want it to be too much. And I lose my train of thought in the process. It’s so much easier to talk to people if I can look in their general direction but not in their eyes.
My arms are pretty flexible so I just use my hands & a washcloth.
“People don’t have pensions anymore?”
No, Mom, we don’t.

And those people who have graduated are probably trying to get jobs right now. Have you seen the current job market? It’s fucking insane. I don’t know that it’ll be any better in 7 months but I wouldn’t want to be looking for a job right now. Enjoy your reprieve.
Animé from ages 15-18. It was the mid-to-late '90s and only the weird kids were into animé. My social life improved immensely when I grew out of that phase.
- Watching the blue jays at my bird feeder & birdbath
- My first sip of tea in the morning
- '60s music
- Dogs and cats
- Also horses - I moved to an area with a lot of horse farms and, from my second floor windows, sometimes I can see a horse or two hanging out in a paddock a couple of hills away
- Fun new makeup (one of my most recent new palettes is this:)

I’m curious how that works for health insurance and saving for retirement. Presumably van dwelling requires some amount of working to fund food, gas, and repairs. So I’m guessing Obamacare or maybe Medicaid for health insurance if your income is low enough. But how does planning for the future work?
Ugh me too!
That’s actually pretty attainable!
They showed us 4 Rooms at summer camp when it had just come out on VHS. I was 13 but pretty sheltered and that movie was kind of nuts.
