Windows 11, but I want to eventually go back to Linux, waiting on better fractional scaling then I think I can head back.
is TOTK running ok?
how is Botw performing?
idk why the reset was necessary, it’s really annoying
There is https://lemmy.world/c/amitheasshole
universal: AITA
its to ensure that if someone steals your watch, your data can’t easily be accessed (eg. google wallet etc)
The S23 Ultra. Left the S22+ because of how bad the battery life was (thanks Qualcomm) but loving my S23U.
the one downside is size. it’s massive^.
Google owns Waze
I think your only choices would be OpenStreetMap or TomTomGo I think it’s called.
btw for your information, asklemmy is Lemmy’s equivalent to askreddit (not a support chat haha). if you want more android specific help, visit the Android Lemmy or the Google Lemmy
Recurring posts as a general tool.
it was for the Redmi Note 8 Pro and for anyone interested here’s the universal link:
it was a subreddit dedicated to a very specific phone model released back in 2019. I realise as I’m typing this that while it wasn’t big (<2000), it’s small communities that allowed Reddit to become so big.
might make it now in the event anyone is interested I guess haha
would 100% support Sync for Lemmy! I loved Sync and would be nice to have it back
very curious about their new flips, although the third party repair process is my current worry
there should be a way to join Lemmy communities with a Kbin account, but try this
in the Kbin search bar:
as time goes on and (hopefully) more people join, all new users will pick one of the communities to join and just be active there. from that point, it should be obvious which community will be the main one.
unfortunately there just isn’t many users yet, hence the lack of niche communities which sucks
Lemmy apps: https://join-lemmy.org/apps
the UX can be a bit clunky, such as opening links to other communities and not being able to subscribe, but overall it’s been quite fun so far. a lot more fun than mastodon as its quite serious (as any twitter substitute would be)
going through this rn, but congrats on finding some peace with it
