Not only that, employers took advantage of that and therefore tipped employees have a much lower minimum wage.

Had a coworker do it in 2 hours increment, customer asked to have him removed from the project because even emails led to being billed for 2 hours.
I grew out my hair instead, looked like shit but now I know.

They’ve had one for a while as far as I know but it didn’t work for me outside of the US so it was useless for me since I used to be safer abroad.
