Have done this several times. I have never had to do anything else. I just swap em and boot.

I used to run an HDD with an SSD cache. It’s deffo not as fast as a normal SSD. NVMe storage is also very cheap. You can get a 2tb NVMe for the same price as SATA.

In all honesty, I’d just keep things simple and go for a SSD.

I have an 8bitdo controller. It’s ace:

• no issues with connection because it’s dongle (but does support BT)
• turns itself off with PC (always flakey on Xbox controller)
• hall effect joysticks so stick drift shouldn’t be an issue
• it’s detected as an Xbox controller so it works with most games

Dave The Diver: you run a sushi restaurant and go diving to catch fish. The writing is quirky, it’s full of interesting characters and there’s no time limits except for some events. I’ll spend days just fishing for the restaurant instead of doing any “story stuff”. I picked a steam key on CDkeys for £7 and I can already see myself pouring 40 hours in this thing if I want. If it wasn’t something I use every day and even for work, I wouldn’t bother. But yeah, Kagi result are definitely better. Being able to rate sites high/lower in results and blocking some all together really has helped filter out the nonsense that a lot of search engines give

• The Owl house: Same as above
• For All Mankind: Cool Sci-fi show about “what if America didn’t win the space race and it never stopped”
• Final Space: Funny space show with some real emotion
• Hazbin Hotel: Quirky show about demons (adult themed)
• Inside Job: Another funny animated show, sadly cancelled before 3rd season
• The last of us: A great re-tale on the game I love
