What goes on between two or more non related consenting adults is no ones business but their own.
Your options are essentially to deal with it or ask them what’s up.
Personally I wouldn’t waste time with co-workers who are being rude.
They could be jealous of your position for some reason or taken offense to something random you did. They may just be assholes.
At the end of the day you’re there to work and if it doesn’t affect that I wouldn’t bother.
If they are increasingly hostile maybe have a quiet word with HR.

You can improve it hugely. These things are very young.
There was a paper recently about removing the need for matrix multiplication from them which is a hugely expensive operation.
Dedicated hardware is also at a very early stage.

Or the code just fails hard.
At the driver level it’s very easy to kill things.

It feels like she isn’t really responsible but you are for yelling at work.
I get it people can be irritating but you just can’t do that at work.
She likely called HR. Which is the right thing to do I would say.
Seems like you’ve been moved because they weren’t comfortable working with you. Many people might get fired tbh.
Shouting can be incredibly intimidating and it’s not something I’d want to deal with at work.
Out of spite
Rarely a good move my friend.

The point is without that personalisation it’s much less likely to show things you are interested in.
lmaydev@lemmy.worldto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Am I the only one who can’t get used to Fediverse?492·1 year agoPeople complain about the algorithms on other social media but you can see here exactly why they have them.
Without them it becomes hard to get connected to things that interest you.
For Lemmy I’ve managed to build a decent feed by browsing all and subscribing to communities I like.
You just have to do the algorithms job now.
As for the big communities it’s exactly what happened to the old internet. It used to be a large collection of individual sites but discovery was hard. So the front pages of the internet started popping up.
I expect the same thing will happen to the fediverse eventually. It’s just a better user experience sadly.

Chances are this is a “you aren’t the target audience” type deal.
lmaydev@lemmy.worldto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Will the generation growing up on modern games have any nostalgic aesthetic?2·1 year agoIn my experience nostalgia is about the memories around the item as much as the item itself.
When I think about the SNES I think about playing it with my older brother more than specific games.
But also the same with games. I remember mario fondly not because the graphics were great but my brother helping me with tricky levels and showing me tricks to get past bits.

He can do whatever he likes in his free time really. Plus finding a side hustle in IT that actually makes any decent money isn’t that easy.
If the class is asking for lots of money and trying to get them to recruit it could be more worrying.
Do you have a link to the classes website?
I’m not that well read up on his stuff. What was he so wrong about?
Both these views are completely wrong in basically every way.
