I’ve been using ULauncher for a while and I’m quite happy with it, it has plugin support too.
Yes, Clonezilla runs off a live USB. If it is large enough it can also store the partition you want to clone, making the whole process a lot simpler.
it does, or at least older versions of Android did

I have a mechanical doorbell at my house that I adore. I’m never getting rid of it.
I managed to pass this as a kid and a friend invited me to his house so I could pass it for him. That was my peak and my life has gone downhill ever since.
I actively avoid Amazon, however there’s a brand I really like that only sells through Amazon in my country, so I’ve used it a couple of times when I have no other choice.

My previous employer used to donate to the sole maintainer of a php library we used extensively (I’m not a php developer, so I don’t remember the name). It wasn’t much, but it was something and it is unfortunate that it is not the norm

fzf does the job
I’ve tried this on an old version of Android 10 and was unable to do so, I tested it by connecting two laptops to the hotspot and then trued to nmap each other IP addresses, they were unreachable.
I think the term you’re looking for is isolated vlan in which each device on a network cannot see its peers, which is a common setting in (properly configured) public WiFi hotspots.
edit: oh, you want to access from the phone itself, I did not test that, but it should be easy to test with termux
