Would any other non-trillion dollar company be even capable of storing, processing, and presenting videos on the same scale, with the same quality, and with what is arguably very good latency world wide?
What could competitors do to beat Google without hemorrhaging their money just trying the manage the overhead?

Got my feet wet with entry level, beginner friendly NAS prebuilds. Hunted for recycled computer parts. Now searching for and actively acquiring enterprise gear that is making a massive dent in my wallet.
Bro is getting the most out of his 2006 Honda Civic. He’ll be driving it up until the inevitable heat death of the universe.

I am having a similar issue with lemmy.world. I am still logged into liftoff though. When I log in to the website, it just says “logged in” on the bottom left and nothing happens.
Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention. I neglected the simplest fix in the book. What fixed circular login issues for me was clearing lemmy’s cookies n data.
This is one of the most thoughtful and readable responses I’ve ever seen on any forum.
