8·1 year agoIf you haven’t read up on setting boundaries now is a good time. Practice setting them and remember that people will not like it sometimes, but that’s okay. Change is hard sometimes, but it sounds like you’re ready for one. Best of luck to you!

4·1 year agoOrigins is def the best place to start. However, with each game having a new protagonist and about a decade in-between the games you could start anywhere. If you end up enjoying one give the others a shot.
If you ever want to try again I’d suggest pulling up chatgpt to ask questions. It’s not failsafe, but it helped me a ton and I come from a predominantly windows background. (Edited to add: I ended up sticking with Pop_OS! And I LOVE it. I game a ton and have very little issues with proton on steam)
