My username means free/independent/unconstrained in my mother language, which is Hindi. I have been using it in one way or other since a few years now.
Well, I work in commercial nuclear power, and I have since 2010, so…yeah, I’m super creative.
I couldn’t think of anything, so I went to random.org and generated a random string. 🤷♀️

I wanted a short twitter handle and I read somewhere that the name xkcd came about because no username with actual meaning sticks as long as you yourself are changing. sure enough, it’s been a long time with it now…
I stole mine… at least that is how I remember it. I was a beta tester for Ragnarok Online way back in the day and there was a user run site with info on mobs and items from the game. I liked the name Nitros so much the next game I played I registered the name Nitros7. Since then I have used a version of that name pretty much where ever I go.

It’s a childish reason. I liked the username bytehead but most of them are taken so I ended up adding LW because I liked Daniel Lightwing from the movie “Brilliant Young Minds” x
