Well with a username like that, probably a good call 🤣 my significant other is in the same boat although he never actually made it to get the license. He loves flying but that whole “can’t take medications for the mental health” thing kind of ruined that for him.

I got my licenses and worked as a flight instructor for awhile. Haven’t flown in years, probably never going to again.

I very briefly entertained the notion of taking some flight lessons, then I read about that same thing and walked away.
Pretty stupid that we expect people who fly planes to fucking rawdog their mental illness…
