Papa Rellena… It’s basically a ground beef stuffed potato croquette (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papa_rellena). I could basically eat them all day every day if they were more readily available (and cheaper) where I live.

  Have you tried Boliyucas? They’re similar and easier to make.
