Undetermined is it’s own “language”, equivalent to not picking one in the dropdown. Your post is actually “Undetermined”. You can see [edit: at least on desktop] that mine has a little “English” on it which yours lack. So picking Undetermined will not show you Spanish, you have to pick the language in settings.
