Yeah it’s a pain to get to work. Proton VPN seems to work with it. I don’t know of another way

I’ve never had an issue with their apps but you could always just use the wireguard app instead

I use a VPN but you might look into portmaster and their spn. Its a little slow but even using portmaster without the spn you can filter your traffic and simply deny most apps access to the internet

I joke but did go searching for news to tell my wife. She’s always got the celeb gossip and is shocked if I tell her something. I didn’t immediately find anything so i assumed they are still together.

You could install Portmaster or something similar but VPN+portmaster don’t always get along as they are both fighting for dns

Also, spread theft around… A guy in Lowes was telling me they don’t try and stop thieves until they rack up $10k of stuff so they can hit them with a bigger charge. Said they are using facial recognition and tracking that way now. Might have been full of shit but my dystopian mind thought it plausible.

It probably seems impossible but exercise is amazing to boost energy. I started going to the gym and I have more energy than ever. It’s intimidating to start but after you break through the first barrier of getting there it’s easy. There’s tons of work out regiments online but if you want more info on how I got started and what I did I’m more than happy to share. Also, eat healthy and drink water. (I can’t believe I’ve become one of these “exercise and eat your greens” people)
