Is this a random thought or should I not click the link?!?
Edit: oeuf. There it is. Nice.
This is how it worked for me. Followed by just fucking get up. Tired? Slept like shit? Don’t want to go? Just fucking get up and go, I don’t want to be late or lose my job, I’ll be homeless. I don’t recommend this attitude as you’ll burn yourself out but it’s how I get up.
My problem is everything else. Where do you find time to tidy the house, clean, do laundry, shower, brush your teeth, now the lawn, etc, etc and then have energy for hobbies?

Okay, so, You’re going to need to pretend like I’m 5 years old here.
The end goal is for me to give this my email creds, it will then monitor my email and when I get a match it’ll run the API call, right?
However, right now, you don’t want to take usernames and passwords so you generate random emails as an example to show what it COULD do.
If I’m correct it might be a little early to give people access as there’s nothing I can really do. I created an account on your site but there’s nothing there explaining what I’m doing just a couple input boxes with a one word label.
I would use this for email -> matrix but I’d have to self host it. I’m sure others would use it if you had some built in API calls that less techy people could use.
Do you allow users to matched regex from the email and use it the API Call?
I don’t understand what you’re doing here. I use your website to what?
Monitor my email and when I get one that matches the regex it’ll make an API call?
Or is your website the API endpoint?
The video didn’t help me understand.

I refuse to drink at work parties. Everyone else does and I get some peer pressure to drink but I don’t care. Its normal to see people get super drunk and embarrass themselves which is why I don’t even start.
Specifically at lunch, if I’m not driving and others are having a beer I will but only one. If I’m driving, it depends on how I’m feeling.
Working from home I’ve been known to have a beer or two on a Friday afternoon by my self.
When I left my last job we had a meeting at the end of the day with the guys I got along with and anyone they wanted to invite. There was about 15 people from different departments with their cameras on having a drink or smoking (pot) if they didn’t drink as a goodbye. Was a nice goodbye. Lol
With tuta, I was locked into using their apps which kind of sucked. I moved to mailbox.org with the intent of encrypting my inbox but never did in the end. I’m happy to have IMAP/SNMP back that’s for sure.
Edit to add: been with mailbox.org 2 years and they’ve never tried to up sell me. Each Christmas I get a coupon or something to invite someone but I’ve never used it.

I have a couple open source apps/scripts that have tens of stars and ones of forks. I’m also getting into micro soldering to fix electronics. Mostly for myself but I’ll hardmod or fix friends equipment for cost of parts. I’ve been known to buy a broken console, fix it, mod it, then sell it for some extra cash to buy more soldering equipment.

If they are, more people would do it and now It’ll cost even more to stop everyone from doing it.
Used F-Droid to download aurora store (open source client for the play store) and used Aurora for waterfox…
I’m trying out waterfox for mobile and librewolf for desktop. No complaints so far

No idea why YouTube (and only YouTube, not google, gmail, etc) is French, one day it was and I’ve never put in the effort to change it.
Native English speaker also.

The calls are okay AT BEST. SMS/MMS have come a long way and should be okay. Battery life is MAYBE a day, if you’re lucky. Anything beyond that is painful unless you want to spend hours getting it to work with your own code.

Welcome to the club.
I’ve always bought used phones anyway. With eBay/kijiji/others you can request the seller to enable OEM unlocking so you know it can be done and you don’t even need to boot it into android before installing GrapeneOS.
My experience, not many people are willing to do that for you. YMMV.
skankhunt42@lemmy.cato Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•In your opinion, what's the age limit for Trick r Treating?1·1 year agoHonestly, I’m of the same opinion as other people here. If you’re in a costume and yell “trick or treat” at my door, you get candy. I don’t judge people for shit, live your best life man.
Everyone has feelings, everyone has their own problems, and it feels good to be happy. If I can make anyone’s day a little bit better I will. If that means giving candy to a fat, bearded, 40-something man alone in a costume alone, take it brother.
Weird? sure, I get that too. Personally, I won’t go door to door for candy either, it’s not something I find fun. Will I gatekeep someone from having their definition of fun for… what ~$2? in candy I was going to give away otherwise? Nawh.
