That’s a brilliant idea

That’s a brilliant idea

I believe that’s either a firulais or an askal

True… I wonder if it’s the same for that-handed people though

How are you measuring the performance boost? In what areas does it apply?

Try dwarf fortress if you haven’t yet

Elite dangerous. It is so vast and there’s so much going on that it doesn’t feel like a game, it’s a second reality. I’ve been playing for months and I still have a bunch of brand new things to try out and master, which are going to be super fun.
I’ve got a big expedition coming up soon too, if I play enough I’ll see another 0.01% of the wonders the galaxy has to offer.
It fulfils my childhood dreams of exploring space, and there’s just so much it’s hard to stop

Um… I don’t think it does… but the friendica thing is pretty cool

It was the first one I used and I never bothered with anything else. It works great
The thing about ghosts is, for you to see them, they must consist of matter that interacts with photons.
No. I accept the 99.9999999999% certainty that aliens exist. Belief is only required in the absence of evidence, and we have a shit ton of evidence for abiogenesis and unlimited planets and conditions. Aliens definitely exist out there.
I don’t think they have come here though. As much as I wish they did.
I’ve read / watched a lot on aliens and there’s a few cases I’ve looked into that really are unexplainable so, there’s a chance…

There’s been a few power plant explosions that have caused complete destruction of nearby buildings but not something I’ve seen personally
It’s not luck. The gods hate me.

You can spend all your time reinventing a worse wheel, or you can just use the highly optimised 20th gen wheel that already exists and actually finish a project
Yes. Very much. It’s hard to be present in the moment. It got easier when we could do things together. Parents group is a good idea, make friends, spread the load.
And always read books to your kid before bed. If you do nothing else, pick that one thing to do at least
Easier yes, but different. Every month (or few months as they get older) things change and it’s a new kind of challenge. So the problems you have now will end and you’ll have new things to tackle.
Protip: get involved with other young parents. The kids will get social time and tire themselves out, and you get to split parenting with others and it’s less effort. It takes a tribe to raise a child
Also have depression, can understand.

It’s a decent movie and I’d watch it again, but I watched it like 25 years ago. It’s a little hard to remember

Um. Good music. Character development. That shot between the chicks legs. Satsifying story arch and a general fun 80s vibe. That’s about all I remember
Acid.
