Its a fake control pannel: just a bunch of widgets next to each other - by now Ive changed it to a normal control pannel with no gaps though (widgets are kind of a pain on kde)

I’m not entirely sure, but that might just be a visual thing and not censoring, since the bulletpoint under the bar is a programming language and in all 3 cases 100%
