Not murder, but I’ll be damned if as a teacher and parent kids aren’t wackier during the full moon.
Also, sugar doesn’t cause hyperactivity. Who ever doesn’t think that can teach for me on Halloween

Sounds like the words of a boring teacher who’s incapable of meaningful self-reflection as to what they could maybe improve upon
As someone in the middle of the show “Dopesick” I’ll take a pass on this one for a bit
Mr. D (think Michael Scott but a teacher)
Shrinking (low stakes like Ted Lasso)
Taskmaster UK (if you like comedy panel type shows. Although it’s not really a panel in the traditional sense)
So many things factor into this…
Our house became significantly (like 97%) less dusty when our dog passed.
The age of your house
The type of furnace filter
Routine
We have 3 small kids, so we try to tidy up physical stuff (toys, clothes, bags, etc) every day. Dishes too.
Once a week is wiping down nin-kitchen surfaces
Once a month is wiping down baseboards and door trim
So many people ranted and raved about it.
I finished it, but I hate read it from about the ⅓ point until the end.
I don’t understand why anyone would like ita and I too loath it, with a passion.
There are no redeeming qualities, it was time I’ll never get back. The only positive thing is, combined with hate reading the 3 Body Problem trilogy around the same time, I came to the conclusion that just because I bought/was gifted a book, doesn’t mean it can’t be a DNF.
Step 1: butter the toast or English muffin Step 2: apply peanut butter Step 3: bliss. Stop yourself from eating the whole loaf
Yes!
Holy cow haha. I “bought” so much music there. They got a ton of obscure gypsy brass band stuff for me when I asked too (Fanfare Ciocarlia)
Memory unlocked.
I definitely know what you’re talking about (dispite not remembering the name of it) but they had everything. And if they didn’t, you could request it and they’d find it.
I miss that site now
Same here!
Although I do love “Blame Brett”
They’ve been getting a lot of attention in Canada but “The Beaches” have been my jam lately
Popstar is a classic and underappreciated in my circles
25% of men’s hair will thin before 21
80% by 50
Harry Potter The Martian The Cosmere (all for Sanderson’s cosmere I’ve done a few times) The First Law Trilogy
One I will reread but just haven’t yet: Uprooted Codex Alera Legends and Lattes
I usually watch monologue / opening segments and pass out during the boring guest interviews.
TLA is “The Last Airbender” for me
Unlike Rothfuss, he seems intent on finishing ;)
I watched an interview with him at a Comic-Con a year or so ago. I think it was the multiple perspective that he took on it. Plus he had to figure out how to create new momentum within the book after everything had changed. Book four I feel like he was trying to figure out where he wanted the rest of this to go. Initially it was supposed to be a six book series with it being really too trilogies. But now it’s going to be seven books. Four five and six get progressively better as you go and sex feels more like the original trilogy 👍🏻
On this line of thinking, are there any once a day mindfulness prompts? All I can seem to find are journaling apps, etc.
I just want a prompt at 6am to make me think about something positive to start my day
