There are jobs in ND but not much else. Cost of living is good but higher than a lot of the Midwest. Colder and windier than upstate, usually a bit less snow though. Summers are arguably better in ND. Flights are limited and more costly. Get used to driving distances instead of time. It’s an ok option for the right person.

Sucking/drinking greatly helps with the air pressure changes. We did that and worked wonders. We would walk of and people would be surprised there were children were in the plane.
There are two sides, but you can alter that a bit if you get your asses to the primaries.
