Simmons is not involved and didn’t give permission, but it sounds like they are doing it anyways.
Did he? I missed all this news. Googling now I only see that Simmons said he didn’t give permission and didn’t want to be involved when they tried, but didn’t see him try to shut it down.
I’m curious to hear if he really wanted it stopped. It’s tough to understand his tone in his quote, but it feels slimy that they released the short anyway.
