i read the first and there it talks about hyphothetics. nevertheless this isn’t proof, three hasn’t been a ruling about this, and this case is about both ukraine’s genocide allegation and russia’s.

the article doesnt even say that a ukrainian genocide happen, you didn’t even read it. it is a legal text that talks about how russia needs to prove russian genocide in the donbass region. the whole thing started because ukraine wanted to show it was not commiting genocide in donets luhansk, and russia argued this genocide would give them legal basis under the genocide convention.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Which language is hard to learn: 日本語 (JP) or Español?
2·3 days agojapanese formality system is not that hard, it’s a couple conjugations and it pretty much doesn’t change when it comes to gender, singular/plural, etc. it’s really exaggerated how difficult that is. spanish doesn’t have that many grammar rules for formality in that sense, but it adds another personal pronoun just for that.
also counters is also something shared among all languages pretty much. a school of fish? sure… it’s just whatever word/ideogram the language speakers decided it was what’s best to describe that group.
i’m not saying japanese is easy, just that some of those things are a bit not so much an issue as people make it seem to be. i am a native spanish speaker and i have practiced japanese for some time so i know a thing or two about that.

6·3 days agospanish could be considered harder because it has a shit ton of personal pronouns and a lot of verb conjugations based on formality, time, and a lot of other shit, so you need to remember a lot these which makes it quite hard. japanese has some verb conjugation but it’s way easier in comparison to spanish. i say that if you’d remove kanji from the formulation spanish is harder, otherwise yeah, that complicates things a lot in japanese.

thanks for schooling me, i have learned that using the chinese constitution as a source for how land ownership works in china is bootlicking. i have learned my error and converted to anarcho-ego-communist-proto-individualist-echological-anti-authoritaritanistic.
edit: also, wtf with using google to share a wikipedia link?
bro keeps fighting over some legalese because property doesnt work the same way in the west. no shit sherlock, that’s exactly why chinese people are living in fucking houses while you gringos are more and more living in fucking tents in zombie neighborhoods.
