Does this require nonfree Ace of Spades assets or are the assets fully free aswell? I read the landing page, but that point was not clear to me.
It includes all the assets you need to play the game, no need to own the original game.
For some of the assets there isn’t a clear free-culture license, so that technically makes them not fully free / libre, but there are some efforts to fix that.
