Never tried iodé, but from what I heard they are a bit faster with android/security updates (but not much), they don’t have their own cloud ecosystem, their system level adblocker has some features behind a paywall (custom filters mainly AFAIK) and their default apps are just existing FOSS apps (except the adblocket), not forks and all default apps can be uninstalled
