For a while there it seemed like everyone was making an MMORPG and there was a new MMORPG coming out every week, particularly once the free-to-play model caught on.
I haven’t heard anything from that space in a long time though and other than the two or, well, two, big name MMORPGs, I haven’t heard of any being developed or gaining much community attention.
Are there any MMORPGs coming out soon that you know of that sound interesting and that you’re looking forward to?
Wayfinder isn’t really an MMO persay but the closed betas are super fun so I’ll be playing that when it launches.
Besides that, the only major MMO coming out I know of is the one by Riot Games. But who knows when that’s coming.
