I’ve had the opposite experience, largely issue free with both KDE and anytime i update the system. Based on what I’ve read about Arch based distros, I’m glad I tried it for myself because a lot of the FUD I read online did not seem to apply to my experience.

Wish this problem would be fixed as it makes switching profiles so annoying and using a a service like shelter more convenient.

…because why would you go to all the trouble to pay Mullvad (presumably to keep your sensitive information away from big tech) to then give it to google in the form of an e-mail should you reach out to Mullvad for support? Google would then suck up any and all data that comes via their gmail service.
