It is not so much a big parliament as it is a diplomatic platform to exchange opinions. How could these votes be binding if there is no force making sure anything is done? I think it is still good that all countries have a place where they can talk despite all differences but it is not where we can expect salvation from.

Man i have to say turning from an “enlightened centrist (calling himself leftist all the while” into a person disenfranchised with western propaganda opens a new treasure trove of memes. Nice.
