I don’t know if this is relevant but my BenQ monitor will only turn on for Bazzite when I disconnect all other HDMI connectors and its the only screen left.

The new inbox is a lot easier on the eyes. I’m loving it.

The framerate is higher and the keyboard is more consistent. Auto rotate now works. I still wouldn’t use it as my daily driver though since the camera still doesn’t work, voice input with pipewire is very wonky and it still crashes every now and then. Random touch input bugs happen twice a day too, forcing me to reboot. It got so far but it still has a bit left to go.

They could have just delayed the release until they tested it thoroughly. Using that kind of wording makes me feel they’re just in for the drama.

I have a Surface Pro 9 and it runs like a charm. I would recommend it even if it is a little pricey
I heard this for years while the show was running. I refused to watch the show as well. I decided to start watching it recently.
It turns out that what people were referring to when they likened me to Sheldon was my autistic traits. Sheldon incorporates a lot of specific autistic traits in his character and I am autistic. The funny thing is, one of the people that was constantly comparing me to Sheldon was a good friend of mine who was also autistic but I guess she is somewhere else on the spectrum which is why it was easier for her to associate me with Sheldon than herself.
I guess my point is to tell you that sometimes people make uneducated guesses and comparisons that may end up seeming funny when you realize why they made them. Watch the show. Laugh at them for comparing you to an exaggerated TV persona because you were different from what they expect the average person to be.

Without it, intel boost keeps overheating my tablet and the battery becomes shit.

I can’t use it yet as my daily driver because of scaling issues. The desktop scales properly but windows do not. Fonts are too small and the cursor is tiny. I figured out how to scale the cursor manually but I couldnt scale the windows.

I have a Microsoft Surface tablet and Fedora with GNOME works pretty well on it. I usually use a stylus or the magnetic keyboard with it but when I do use the touch screen I dont encounter issues. I use PaperWM on top of GNOME and it makes it all so easy to use.
The lead developer, Ikey, has created two distributions before and a desktop environment. He gets far in a rather short amount of time and catches a lot of attention then loses interest and vanishes. While he is a very skilled developer, I wouldn’t personally want to be invested in anything he creates out of fear that the pattern repeats.
