Add time limited and seasonal drops, raise the drop rate for items already received, shovel in a colab event with Jujutsu Kaisen so that everyone that lands on the tracks is in character cosplay and you (Don’t actually) have a chance to get a character skin for your avatar (guaranteed to drop one (and only ever the one) of the five piece set after 200 pulls!), and give the option of using premium gems for special drops but just make them normal drops with a pallet swap. This can work.
