Not sure if it counts as these cars were very common at some point, but I own two Mercedes W124. One is a station wagon with a pretty unique paint code (I’ve never found another one) and one is a limousine with a 5-speed manual and the fairly rare Sportline option. They mostly sit around though because there’s pretty much always something broken…

Steam@lemmy.ml•Valve faces a £656 million lawsuit in the UK for 'overcharging 14 million PC gamers'
5·2 years agoPretty sure he can just buy the UK if he desires.
Why do you think that? Pretty much every single title they released so far had more features than the last. The amount of detail and side activities in Red Dead 2 was insane.
It’s 3 years here in Germany. Seems like some cops in the US are little more than hired thugs.

3·2 years agoOf course it matters. A new network will have to start from scratch and with the “nobody is there, so I won’t join”-mentality, potential growth is severely limited. By implementing federation, you will instantly have a base community to build on.

Gaming@lemmy.ml•MSI demos a monitor that gives you an AI helping hand in League of Legends and it might stretch the boundaries of what's considered fair
352·2 years agoMSI says that this game tracking won’t just be limited to League of Legends, as it’ll be releasing an application that’ll allow you to train these features to recognise and react to enemies and other on-screen elements in any game you like.
The whole unfair advantage thing aside, this is a really cool feature that might have a bigger range of application than just gaming.
There’s also gpu-screen-recorder

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What's the oldest piece of tech you still have running?
6·2 years agoMy oldest piece of tech would probably be my C64 or maybe an old camera I have. But the one that I’m actually proud of is my car, a Mercedes W124 from 1988. It’ll be hard to find a bolt on that car that I haven’t touched and I’m finally getting it where my even my perfectionist self is happy with the way it looks and drives.

Nice, I love the styling of the coupé. I originally wanted to buy one before I ended up with the limousine. They have become pretty pricey in recent years.
